Just head over to our Check Balance page, pop in your 16-digit card number along with the expiration date and CVV, and you'll see your current balance right away.
You can swipe your card at any U.S. location that takes Visa or Mastercard debit — that covers most shops, dining spots, and online retailers.
Flip your card over to the front — that's where the 16-digit number and expiration date are. For the CVV, check the back near the signature panel; it's a 3-digit code.

Unfortunately, no. These cards are designed strictly for making purchases, so they can't be used at ATMs or for cash-back transactions at registers.
These are single-use balance cards, so once the funds run out, the card can't be reloaded or refilled. The good news is you can always pick up a fresh one at any participating store.
